Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Brown Thrasher Labs Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For Enterprise subscribers, BTL guarantees a 99.9% Monthly Uptime Percentage.

If we fail to meet this guarantee, you will be eligible for a service credit calculated as a percentage of your monthly fee. Scheduled maintenance windows (communicated 48 hours in advance) are excluded from uptime calculations.

3. Limitations of Liability

Platform Nature

BTL is a management tool. We are not a travel agency, airline, or gaming operator. We are not responsible for:

  • Missed flights or travel delays.
  • Errors in passenger data entry by your staff.
  • Compliance with local gaming regulations regarding credit extension.
  • Financial losses incurred by your organization or your guests.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:

  • Use the Service to store "Highly Sensitive" data (e.g., full credit card numbers or HIPAA-regulated medical records) unless explicitly authorized in a BAA.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the underlying source code.
  • Use the API to spam or harass third parties.

5. Termination

You are free to stop using our Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service with notice if you are in material breach of these Terms.
