1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Brown Thrasher Labs ("BTL") Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Availability

The Service runs on managed AWS infrastructure with uptime monitoring and status notifications. We do not yet publish a contractual SLA; we will once we have the operating history to back one.

If a sustained outage on our side keeps you out of your dashboard, we will pro-rate that month's fee. Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Limitations of Liability

Platform Nature

BTL-Dashboard is a data management and dashboard platform. We are not responsible for the business operations managed through the platform. We are not responsible for:

• Errors in data entry by your staff or users.
• Business decisions made based on dashboard data or reports.
• Compliance with industry-specific regulations governing your operations.
• Financial losses incurred by your organization or its stakeholders.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:

• Use the Service to store "Highly Sensitive" data (e.g., full credit card numbers or HIPAA-regulated medical records) unless explicitly authorized in a BAA.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the underlying source code.
• Use the API to spam or harass third parties.

5. Termination

You are free to stop using our Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service with notice if you are in material breach of these Terms.
